Who is Mitch Lee?
I’ve always loved being an entrepreneur…
In 2011 I tried launching a clothing brand: Fresh Fox.
In 2012 I had a YouTube channel & food blog “Macro Mitch” working with brands to create recipes.
For years I made a living combining blogging with free-running. Performing, coaching, taking part in adverts and music videos or extras work in films.
In 2018 I decided to launched a D2C plant based meal brand called Mitch’s Kitchen.
For 3 year’s I worked to grow the business but when Covid hit, sadly it didn’t survive (check the full story here)
Since then – I’ve LOVED being an employee!
I became the first UK employee at Heura Foods, Spanish plant-based meat successor brand tasked with the mission to help grow the brand here.
This taught me that even as an employee – working in a start-up, you have the ability to utilise your entrepreneurial spirit & make an impact.
I moved on to be Head of Sales at Purezza & La Fauxmagerie selling delicious, award winning plant-based cheese.
And now I lead the sales as Senior National Account Manager at PACK’D – focusing on delicious, natural and organic frozen fruit & vegetables, all packed in award winning paper packaging.
I’ve built an incredible network of other employees in the start-up world, with unique and inspiring stories I can’t wait to share.
